Pharos Exchange Policy

At Pharos, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange it. Please review our simple guidelines below:

The Basics


 7-Day Window : You have 7 days from your delivery date to request an exchange.

 Item Condition : Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

 Value : You can exchange your item for anything of equal or lesser value. If your new choice costs more, you'll just need to pay the difference.

How to Start an Exchange

1. Send an email to clothingpharos@gmail.com

2. Include your order number or a copy of your receipt.
3. Our customer care team will reply with step-by-step instructions.

Note on Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs required to send the original item back to us.

Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will give it a quick inspection. As long as it meets our standard conditions, we will process your exchange and email you with the tracking details for your new item.

 Please  note: We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges unless the new item you choose is of lesser value than the original. 

Damaged or Wrong Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, we’ve got you covered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at absolutely zero cost to you.
